  No wander this company has such a lpw rating, terrible service. The person on the phone was polite enough, however the taxi driver I had was very rude. Rude enough for me to warrant writing a negative review. Which is a shame as I strayed from my usual taxi company due to an (albeit very poor) recommendation. Will not be using again.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Appalling company, booked a cab for a dentist appointment 40 mins prior, rung 20 mins later and was told my cab was 5 mins away, rung again 10 mins later and was told cab was 2 to 3 mins away. Ended up having to cancel dentist appointment as cab didn't arrive until after the appointment. When I spoke to the driver he told me he had only just been allocated the job.
  
  I rung the company to complain and the first woman hung up, the second woman I spoke to said they didn't have enough drivers because the weather was nice so they had taken the day off. All they had to do was admit they didn't have a car available and I could have used another company - why lie to people? I will never use this company again.
