  This is in fact the complete opposite.
  
  My intercom hasn’t worked in the last 10 months properly.
  
  I have had no hot water I’m the evenings or in the mornings for almost a month. After numerous visits and “over the phone” diagnosis it became apparent that the issue was with the main boilers, this would then take a further week to fix - not much of a priority ‘eh Platform?
  
  Unannounced visits from contractors etc and consistently having people in the flat to deal with issues that are never resolved.
  
  So if you like poor service and poor quality, small yet “modern” flats with technology that never actually works, then Platform is the home for you!
  
  Also, when complaints aren’t dealt with many of the residents take to twitter - we’re then asked to delete the tweets despite issues not being fixed!
